National People’s Congress

On September 26, the establishment of the Chinese Medicine Health Preservation Working Committee of the China Population Culture Promotion Association and the first Chinese Medicine Health Preservation Industry Development Conference were held at the National People's Congress Convention Center. Nearly 500 representatives from across the country engaged in the Chinese medicine health preservation industry as well as individuals who support and are enthusiastic about Chinese medicine health preservation attended the conference. This was a meeting aimed at promoting the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine, earnestly implementing the Chinese Medicine Health Preservation Service Standards issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on April 26, 2023. Its purpose is to comprehensively promote high-quality development within the Chinese medicine health preservation industry. The promulgation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine formally established the legal status of the Chinese medicine health preservation service industry at the national level and indicated the state's supportive attitude towards its development.
