Making Kelp, Mung Bean, and Pork Rib Soup is a great choice as it's refreshing and nutritious.How to Make Kelp, Mung Bean, and Pork Rib SoupIngredients:500 grams pork ribs, half a sheet of kelp, 5 grams salt, a little ginger, a little scallion.Instructions:1. Soak the kelp overnight, and also soak the mung beans for about 2 hours. 2. Clean the pork ribs and blanch them; then rinse off the scum. 3.
