Basic Introduction to Gaobo Water ChestnutThe Gaobo water chestnut is listed alongside the red water chestnuts of Taihu Lake and the wind water chestnuts of Jiaxing as one of the three famous water chestnuts in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
