Covering an area of over 10,000 mu (666.67 hectares), a cherry garden in Gui'an New Area of southwest China's Guizhou Province reached its most beautiful moment of the year on March 25 as over 700,000 cherry blossom trees there were in full bloom. The cherry blossoms, together with the blue sky and a nearby tea plantation, created a stunning view, attracting many tourists. In a small bowl, mix sugar, salt, tomato sauce, white vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Stir well and set aside. 4. Squeeze out the excess water from the soaked soy protein strips, then cut them into small pieces. Set aside. 5. Coat the soy protein strips with dry cornstarch, then deep-fry until golden brown.
