Product Characteristics
The Yongxing Rock Sugar Tangerine has a regular shape, bright color, thin skin with few seeds, abundant juicy flesh that is crisp and sweet, and a concentrated flavor, all of which make it of exceptional quality. The mature fruit is nearly spherical in shape, with a peel that is mainly orange-yellow, partly orange-red, and an average weight of 151g. The surface is smooth, with small and sparse oil glands, a peel thickness of 0.25cm, and orange-yellow flesh. The fruit matures in early to mid-November (around the Start of Winter) and is relatively durable in storage.
According to tests conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture Citrus and Seedling Quality Inspection and Testing Center, its soluble solids content is 13.5%, total sugar content is 12.11%, with thin skin and few seeds, edibility rate above 73%, and Vitamin C content reaching 59.7mg/100ml, indicating a very high
