The Toptian Walnut is a specialty of the Toptian District in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. It is known as one of the “Seven Wonders of Guangyuan.” It is characterized by large size, thin shell, delicious aroma, thick and delicate flesh, crispness, excellent quality, extremely high content of beneficial elements, a high kernel yield, and ease of kernel removal. The product is popular in cities such as Shanghai, Tianjin, and Shandong.
Nutritional Value
It contains 15.2% protein and 73.04% fat, along with rich amounts of calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and other trace elements; it also has a high kernel yield and ease of kernel removal, with an average kernel yield of 70%, and 80% of the nuts can yield whole kernels.
Product Features
The Toptian Walnuts mainly grow on hill slopes and gentle slopes at the foot of mountains. The unique natural ecological environment has created the unique quality of the Toptian Walnuts: large size, with an average single nut weight of 14.1 grams and an average kernel weight of 8.4 grams; thin shell, with only 0.9 millimeters thickness; delicious aroma, with thick and delicate flesh that is crisp; excellent quality, with extremely high content of beneficial elements.
