2. Chop the minced garlic, slice the red rice pepper, and mince the ginger and set aside.
3. Clean the broad beans, remove the outer skin, and boil them in a pot of water with added salt until cooked.
4. Take two pieces of fermented tofu, add one tablespoon of soy sauce and half a teaspoon of oyster sauce, stir to mix evenly. You can choose the type of fermented tofu based on your preference.
