Steps:

Ingredients:
360g snow peas, 1 piece of smoked meat, an appropriate amount of salt.
Steps:
1. Wash the snow peas and remove the strings. Wash the smoked meat and slice it.
2. Heat a little oil in a wok, add the smoked meat, and stir-fry until translucent and oily.
3. Then add the snow peas, a little water, stir-fry until cooked, and add a little salt before serving.
Tips:
The smoked meat is already salty, so adjust the amount of salt accordingly or omit it.
Mixed Snow Pea Stir-Fry with Meat
Ingredients:
Adequate snow peas, a small amount of tomatoes, a small amount of pumpkin, garlic, curry powder, black pepper, salt, chicken essence, sugar, sesame oil, and a small amount of cornstarch.
Steps:
1. Slice the pork, mix with black pepper, curry powder, chicken essence, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil, and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the meat slices, stir-fry until the color changes, and set aside.
3. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add minced garlic until fragrant, then add the snow peas and stir-fry. Add a little water and simmer.
4. When the snow peas and pumpkin are almost cooked, add the tomatoes and meat slices, stir-fry evenly, and finally season with a little salt and chicken essence.
