Ingredients:

1. Rinse the oysters under cold water, cut the crab sticks into small pieces, and wash the Chinese flowering cabbage;
2. In a pot, add sesame oil, then add an appropriate amount of scallions, ginger, garlic, and a little white pepper;

1. Finely chop the onion and slice the tomatoes; rinse the oysters and seaweed;
2. In a pot, add a little oil and sauté the onion briefly, then add a little water;
3. Once boiling, add the seaweed, oysters, and tomatoes, then add white pepper powder and a little salt;
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the spring onions and thicken with starch.
Oyster Soup: Oyster Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
100g of spinach, 100g of oyster meat, 2 eggs, spring onions, and an appropriate amount of oil and salt.
Instructions:
1. Rinse the oyster meat and prepare the spinach by washing and cutting it into sections; finely chop the spring onions;
2. Boil water in a pot, blanch the spinach, then drain and set aside to cool;
3. Heat a little oil in a wok, add the chopped spring onions to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the oyster meat;
