Steamed Oysters
Ingredients:
A suitable amount of oysters, oil, steamed fish sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, chopped green onion, garlic chili sauce.
Instructions:
1. Clean the oysters thoroughly, including the shells, and set aside.

4. Place the cleaned oysters on a plate for steaming and steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

Oyster Stew
This dish involves stewing oysters with pork and sauerkraut, giving it a somewhat Northeastern Chinese style.
Ingredients:
1000 grams of sauerkraut, 500 grams of oyster meat, 800 grams of pork, a small amount of star anise, a suitable amount of Sichuan pepper powder, a little olive oil, an appropriate amount of bone broth, a small amount of salt.
Instructions:
1. Heat a small amount of oil in a pot, add the star anise and Sichuan pepper powder, and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.
2. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they turn white, then add the sauerkraut and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in the bone broth, bring to a boil, then add the oyster meat and boil again.
4. Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, then season with salt.
Fried Oysters
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour, 5 eggs, 100 grams of leek, a suitable amount of olive oil, 500 grams of oyster meat.
Instructions:
1. Clean the oyster meat and chop the leek into small pieces.
2. Beat the eggs, add the oyster meat, flour, and chopped leek, and mix well into a batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, then pour in some batter and spread it evenly to form a pancake.
4. Fry until golden brown on both sides before removing from the pan.
Clear Soup Oysters
Ingredients:
Oyster meat, cornstarch, mushrooms, tofu, sesame oil, garlic slices, an appropriate amount of coriander, a small amount of salt.
Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into cubes, slice the mushrooms, and clean the oyster meat.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the tofu and an appropriate amount of water, then add a little salt and simmer.
4. After the water boils, simmer for 5 minutes, then add the oyster meat and bring back to a boil.
5. Thicken with cornstarch, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with coriander before serving.
Tips:
Be sure to clean the oysters thoroughly, removing any internal organs and impurities. If you find them too fishy, you can add a little ginger or cooking wine.
