It is primarily distributed in regions such as Guangdong and Guangxi, and is a specialty vegetable of China's Guangdong province. Due to its tender texture and delicious flavor, it is highly favored and loved by many consumers.
Garlic-Stir-Fried Chinese Flowering Cabbage
Ingredients:
Chinese flowering cabbage, oil, salt, garlic, fish sauce.
Steps:
1. Prepare the Chinese flowering cabbage, wash it well and set aside.
2. Wash the garlic, mince it into garlic paste, use a generous amount of garlic paste.
3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the Chinese flowering cabbage, then remove and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and slowly sauté over low heat until fragrant.
5. Increase the heat to high, add the blanched Chinese flowering cabbage.
6. Quickly stir-fry until softened, add an appropriate amount of salt, then stir evenly.
7. Finally, add an appropriate amount of fish sauce to enhance the flavor.
Boiled Chinese Flowering Cabbage
Ingredients:
Chinese flowering cabbage, oil, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, fresh red chili pepper, water.
Steps:
1. Remove the root and old leaves from the Chinese flowering cabbage, keeping only the tender core part.
2. Wash the selected Chinese flowering cabbage under running water, especially the center of the leaves. After washing, soak in water for fifteen minutes.
3. Peel the ginger, wash it, slice thinly, stack the slices together, and cut into thin threads.
4. Remove the seeds from the red chili pepper, wash it, and cut into thin threads.
5. Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, along with a small amount of salt and a little oil.
6. When the water in the pot boils, add the Chinese flowering cabbage. Once the water comes back to a boil, remove the Chinese flowering cabbage, drain, and neatly arrange on a plate.
7. Heat a little oil in a pan, add a small amount of oyster sauce and water.
8. Add the ginger and red chili pepper threads, bring the sauce to a boil over high heat, and transfer to a small bowl.
9. Finally, place the ginger and red chili pepper threads on top of the Chinese flowering cabbage, and evenly pour the sauce over the cabbage.
Dry-Fried Chinese Flowering Cabbage

Chinese flowering cabbage, ground meat, salt, dried chili peppers, Sichuan pepper, oil.
Steps:
1. Wash the Chinese flowering cabbage. Boil water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil and salt.
2. Blanch the Chinese flowering cabbage, remove and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chili peppers and Sichuan pepper and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the cooked ground meat, then add the Chinese flowering cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
5. Finally, season with an appropriate amount of salt, serve on a plate.
