Guantao Garlic-Scented Perch, selected from fresh sea perch over 2 pounds from Jiaodong Bay in Shandong. The fish is deboned but left with its scales intact. Heat salad oil to 50% hot, then add the perch and slowly deep-fry for about 6-7 minutes. Add garlic powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, oyster sauce, etc., and use a unique proprietary method to create a garlic-scented perch with a distinctive taste and an aroma of garlic.
