Method
1. Clean and chop the frog legs into pieces, rinse with water and set aside.
2. Chop the yellow peppers into small cubes, smash the garlic, and prepare the ginger cubes.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, when hot (around 80% heated), add the frog legs and stir-fry until they release their moisture, then remove.
4. Clean the pan, add oil, heat it up, and then add the frog leg pieces, garlic, ginger, and salt. Stir-fry until the meat tightens.
5. Add the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken seasoning, and chopped yellow chili. Stir-fry until the flavors are well combined, then add the rice wine.
6. Add the yellow pepper cubes, drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle with white pepper and scallion segments, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips
The entire process should be done over high heat.

Method
1. Clean and cut the frog legs, mix with starch, onion, ginger, cooking wine, and light soy sauce.
2. Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of oil, then fry the frog legs one by one until they change color, then remove.
3. In a wok, add a small amount of oil, sauté the onions, ginger, garlic, and bay leaves until fragrant, then add the frog legs and stir-fry until cooked.
4. Finally, season with an appropriate amount of chicken seasoning and light soy sauce.
Tips

1. Clean and chop the frog legs into pieces, slice the carrots, onions, leeks, and green peppers.

3. Add the cooking wine, once the frog legs are about 80% cooked, add the soy sauce, white sugar, and oyster sauce, stirring until the meat is evenly colored.

Tips
