Instructions:
1. Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut them into small pieces; chop the scallion bulbs into small chunks.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallion bulbs until fragrant, then add the enoki mushroom pieces and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt.
3. Rinse the rice and place it in an electric rice cooker. Add the stir-fried ingredients and pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

2. Soak lotus seeds, raisins, and goji berries for several hours. Clean the coconut shell and cut out a triangular opening with a kitchen knife.
3. Leave half of the coconut milk inside the coconut. Drain the soaked ingredients and put them into the coconut shell one by one. Seal the coconut shell.
