How to Make Delicious Dry-Fried Cabbage
Ingredients:
- Appropriate amount of cabbage
- A small amount of red chili peppers
- Ginger, garlic, oil, and salt as needed
Instructions:
- Remove the old outer leaves from the cabbage, wash it, and slice into thin pieces. Separate the ribs from the leaves and set aside.
- Chop the red chili peppers into segments, thinly slice the garlic, and shred the ginger.
- In a pan, heat an appropriate amount of oil over low heat and stir-fry the cabbage until it is about 70% cooked. Remove and set aside.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of cabbage
- An appropriate amount of dried chili peppers
- 50 grams of pork belly
- An appropriate amount of green onion
- 2 teaspoons of sugar

Ingredients:
- One cabbage
- Chives, glutinous rice flour, chili powder, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and salt as needed
Instructions:
- Wash the cabbage, break it into smaller pieces, and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for about 12 hours.
- Rinse off the salt from the cabbage and drain the water.
- Mix the glutinous rice flour with water, bring to a boil, and let cool.
- Soak the chili powder in boiling water and let it cool. Finely chop the ginger and garlic and mix together.
- Combine the chili powder, ginger, garlic, salt, and fish sauce with the glutinous rice paste and mix well.
- Add the cabbage, mix thoroughly, and let ferment for about 3 days.

- 20 wolfberries
