Method Steps

3. Pour a small amount of oil into a wok. When hot, add the green onion, ginger, and star anise to stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the chilies.

An appropriate amount of cauliflower, garlic, green onions, an appropriate amount of dried chilies, half a carrot, and an appropriate amount of doubanjiang (fermented broad bean and chili paste).
Method Steps
1. Remove the root part of the cauliflower and break it into small pieces. Soak in salted water for 20 minutes.

Method Steps
1. Break the cauliflower into small florets, soak in salted water for 10 minutes, rinse clean, and drain.
2. Slice the pork belly thinly and fry in a wok until the fat renders. Then add the dried chilies and garlic slices to stir-fry.
3. Add the cauliflower to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the rendered pork fat and mix well. Then add cooking wine and sugar.
