Method Steps
1. Wash the pork and cut it into thin slices; marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch and set aside.
2. Wash the green peppers and cut them diagonally, leaving the seeds intact and discarding the stems; chop the scallions into rings, and mince the ginger and garlic and set aside.
3. Heat an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a wok until it reaches about 70% heat, then add the marinated meat and stir-fry until dispersed; then add the scallions, ginger, and garlic to stir-fry for fragrance, and add the rice wine.
4. Next, add the sliced green peppers, followed by salt, and stir-fry over high heat for about three minutes until they become slightly soft.
