How to Make Stock: Pork Bone Stock
Ingredients Preparation
300g pork bone, 200g chicken bone, 30g small shrimp, 5g ginger slices, 2000ml water.
Method Steps
1. Clean the pork bones and cut them into pieces for later use. Also clean and cut the chicken bones. Rinse the small shrimp and drain the water.

300g soybean sprouts, a small amount of carrot, 10 mushrooms, 300g fresh bamboo shoots, an appropriate amount of water.

1. Peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Trim the fresh bamboo shoots. Soak the mushrooms.
2. Add water to the soup pot, put in the mushrooms, fresh bamboo shoots, soybean sprouts, and carrots, and bring to a boil.
3. Then simmer for 2 hours. After cooking, scoop out the ingredients and you get the broth.
4. After the broth cools down, it can be refrigerated and stored for about 3 days.
How to Make Stock: Chicken Stock

1. Clean the chicken and bones, blanch them in boiling water, and set aside after washing.
